The Benefits Of Herbal Steaming and Immunity

Herbal steaming is a traditional sinus wellness practice to clear stagnation as well as support the lymph system. It's an extremely powerful tool when used with the proper blend of immune supporting ingredients. Due to the current "corona climate" I would strongly recommend adding this age-old practice to your daily routine. Here's what you'll need:

Organic orange peel, grapefruit peel, lemon peel, lime peel, rose buds, lavender buds, peppermint essential oil, bay leaves, eucalyptus leaves (or essential oil if you can.t find them), fresh rosemary leaves, rosemary essential oil, cinnamon bark and thyme. Fill a large pot with water. Slice fruit peels into quarters and add them to the water. Add 2 sticks of cinnamon bark, 3 bay leaves, 2 tbsp of lavender, and rose buds. Add a sprig of rosemary leaves as well as eucalyptus, thyme and rosemary leaves. Pour in 4 drops of each essential oil then bring your pot to a boil. Allow the mixture to boil for about 30 seconds to allow the herbs to marry then bring the temperature down to a simmer. 

Hover over the pot and inhale deeply to allow the herbs, fruits and oils to enter and clear your lungs and airways. Not only does this boost the immune system but it also serves as an amazing facial steam that leaves your skin looking glowy and youthful. It's great for the entire family so get the kids hovering too!
